Here I will give you a simple chart to understand what your body mass index is (BMI). A body Mass of less than 18.5 is underweight; 18.5 to 24.9 is normal; 25 or more is overweight.
How to use the chart below:
1. The column on the right is your Height. Look for your height on the chart below.
2. Once you found your height then go straight across to your total weight. Closest Weight. Then,
3. Take the column of your weight and go straight down to the bottom of the chart for your total BMI (Body Mass Index).
